It is rare for us to produce content which can be publicly shared, but this is a good example of story to be told. It is a pre-recruitment video aimed at applicants to be home delivery drivers for food retailer, Iceland Foods. The aim is simply to put off anyone expecting an easy driving job and getting the customer service heroes to the shortlist sooner. The intention is to show what the job is really like, warts and all. It is around 6 minutes long, is hosted on a recruitment website and applicants cannot proceed with their application until they have viewed it.
