How we got here
The basis of our business stems from our varied experience and expertise as individuals.
Photography, design, art, music, audio visual, lighting, marketing, branding, engagement, event production, television, and so on.
We started the partner business (Cascade Productions) back in 1996 from a back bedroom and immediately the essence of Tailwheel was born when Alan spent 2-days a week working on marketing comms for one of our early clients. Periodically throughout the 20+ years of Cascade, we have been involved in projects and contracts embedded team members in other organisations, or working on specific challenges.
We have organised employee factory tours, shopping centre tours, managed organisational restructures (numerous times), created marketing plans, exhibition stands, food tasting experiences, product range branding, community engagement and public meetings.
We are learning all the time and we apply our learning across our client base all the time too.
Most recently, we have separated our film and engagement business from the conference and event team - though there will always be an overlap as one feeds the other.
We have always, and we will always, collaborate with a small team - our permanent core - Alan, Jo, Michael and Sam, supported by associates who join us for periods of time and on specific projects - Dave, Bev, Adam, Matt, Andy, Michael D, and Mike.
We work out of the Cascade office in Manchester and from our home base outside Chester.
